The Graventoren & Getijdenmolen in Rupelmonde have been unused for years but are of great historical value.
In the context of Mercator's year, Endeavour investigated the feasibility and ambitions for a repurposing for both the municipal and private parts.

We organized sessions to integrate the insights of various experts, local residents and associations into future development.

This allowed Tourism Flanders to continue working. This resulted in a short-term art residency and a preferred scenario for long-term development.
